🕯️ Candle Use & Safety
Never leave a candle burning unattended.
Keep candles away from flammable objects, children, and pets.
Our candles are made for decorative purposes, but if burned, do so responsibly.

🖐️ Handmade Nature
All items are handmade and hand-painted, so small imperfections (such as texture irregularities or air bubbles) are normal and part of their charm.
Color and shape may vary slightly from the photos.

📦 Shipping Info
We ship via CTT (Portuguese National Post) using Blue Mail.
Blue Mail may not provide tracking updates after arrival in the destination country, depending on your national carrier.
Please note that Blue Mail does not include insurance, so we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels if CTT refuses to cover the loss.

🔁 Resend Policy
In the event that a parcel is returned to us because it was not picked up by the customer, we offer one free reshipment.
If the order is not collected a second time, we cannot resend it again or issue a refund.

USA Orders & Customs (updated)
Due to recent changes in U.S. customs and postal services related to tariffs, we have temporarily suspended shipping to the USA. We tried alternative carriers and shipping methods but, for now, we cannot reliably dispatch parcels to U.S. addresses.

We apologise for the inconvenience, this change is the result of decisions by postal/customs authorities and is outside our control.
